A web based hospital information and management system. An innovative Healthcare IT solution that is beautifully designed, easy navigations and user friendly. Integral is developed in Java and runs on Postgres and Mongo databases for cross platform deployment compatibility. The environment can be hosted on hospital local servers or hosted on our GCP secure cloud servers.

Dashboard

Integral provides dynamic dashboards that illustrate data trajectories, successes and challenges with performance indicators in quick accessible and digestible way.

These dashboards empowers healthcare providers to use their operational and transactional data, to make significant decisions, predictive analysis to provide quality medical services and understand their position in the health sector.

Patient Registration

This provides ability to register a patient file in a medical facility before start of medical interactions. Integral registration module is designed to be used at the front desk to capture patient information that can be collected by non-clinical staff. The module allows search of existing patients and adding new patients to the system.

A unique Medical Record Number(MRN) is generated for each registered patient, this MRN is used to track multiple visits and maintain patient’s medical history and diagnosis. This module allows capturing of patients photos and biometrics for unique identification.

Daily Visit Analysis

A time series model to monitor daily number of patients visiting a medical facility. This model can be used to predict daily patient numbers.

Departmental Revenues

While medical providers inclines towards compassionate patient care and dedication to altruistic aims, they are also business concerned with revenues and expenses just like any other business. Flow of revenues can affect how the patient care is given.

Credit Patients

Medical providers maintain contracts with an array of private and public health plans, with agreed reimbursements plans of medical services given to their patients. Integral provides graphical analysis of processed and unprocessed invoices for reimbursements.

Integral human resources (HR) module helps manage all aspects related to hospital resources (including doctors, nurses, attendants, non-medical staff, etc) such as leaves, qualifications, separations, resource engagement and scheduling.

Appointment Scheduling:

This modules arranges the schedule of doctors with the patients applications. It helps to organize the availability of medical specialists at convenient times.

Doctors Workspace

Integral offers a dynamic doctors care module that streams patients automatically from triage or nurse section. Doctor will get a quick preview of all queued new patient or whose results are ready. Doctor will normally pick a patient from the queue.

All doctors requests are collaboratively linked to relevant departments, pharmacy and billing department.

Medical Records

Electronic health records stores and manages patient records, treatment records, investigation reports, medications and diagnosis reports,. These records can be retrieved in various formats for use by different departments and reduce chances of error. This modules enhances proactiveness to health care providers by giving patient interactions and send them alerts or messages about their appointment schedules, follow-up visits, etc.
